Our Work

Our programs

Five areas of work, each taken from the objectives in our constitution.

1. Youth Empowerment

Many young people in our area have no work. Our vocational training gives them practical skills, so they can earn an income and become part of a skilled local workforce.

  • Vocational and trade skills training for unemployed youth
  • Training that leads to self-employment and small enterprises
  • Building a skilled workforce for the local economy
  • Encouraging youth leadership and volunteering

2. Agriculture & Environment

Most families in rural Rangpur live from farming. We help them earn more from their land and water while protecting the environment for the next generation.

  • Social forestry and tree plantation
  • Organic farming practices
  • Fisheries development
  • Poultry farm development

3. Health & Sanitation

A healthy family is the base of everything else. We bring basic health services and awareness to villages that are far from hospitals.

  • Free medical camps
  • Maternal health care
  • Family planning support
  • Clean drinking water and sanitation drives

Recent Impact: Free Medical Camp (বিনামূল্যে স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ক্যাম্প)

At our latest camp, doctors gave free consultations and checkups to women, children and elderly villagers who otherwise could not reach or afford care.

4. Microcredit & Poverty Alleviation

As an MRA-certified organization, we offer small loans and financial help to marginalized families so they can start or grow a livelihood and stand on their own feet.

  • Micro-loans for income-generating activities
  • Financial assistance for the poorest households
  • Savings habits and financial awareness
  • Building long-term self-reliance

5. Social Justice

Everyone deserves fair treatment. We work to protect the rights of the most vulnerable people in our community.

  • Legal aid for people who cannot afford it
  • Preventing child marriage
  • Support and inclusion for people with disabilities
  • Community awareness on rights and justice
