Our Mission
Turning today's hardship into tomorrow's dream
Agamir Shwapno is a non-profit, non-political voluntary organization. We work alongside the poor and marginalized people of rural Rangpur so that every family can earn a decent living, stay healthy, and live with dignity and justice.
We train young people in practical skills, help farmers grow more in ways that protect the land, bring health care and clean water to villages, give small loans so families can become self-reliant, and stand up for children, women and people with disabilities.

What We Do
Five areas of work, one community
Each program comes straight from the objectives in our constitution.
Youth Empowerment
Vocational training that helps unemployed young people build skills and find work.
Agriculture & Environment
Social forestry, organic farming, fisheries and poultry farm development.
Health & Sanitation
Free medical camps, maternal health, family planning, clean water and sanitation.
Microcredit & Poverty Alleviation
Small loans and financial support so marginalized families can become self-reliant.
Social Justice
Legal aid, preventing child marriage, and support for people with disabilities.

Free Medical Camp (বিনামূল্যে স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ক্যাম্প)
Many families in our villages live far from a hospital and cannot afford a doctor's fee. Agamir Shwapno regularly holds free healthcare camps where marginalized community members, from mothers to elderly neighbours, receive medical consultations and checkups at no cost.
